How to analyse your brands performance vs your competitors on the LEADERBOARDS?

Leaderboards:



In “Leaderboards”, you will be able to see the ranking of your brand vs your competitors in terms of market share, and several filters.

Go to Leaderboards section, and you’ll be able to see the leaderboards to which you have access as shown in the image below:

PLEASE NOTE: Leaderboard is a paid feature, to have access to it, you need to contact support@campaygn.com



Here, you’ll be able to see the “Leaderboard Name”, “Brand Names”, “No. of Brands”, and “Created On”.

Once, you’ve selected the leaderboard accordingly to your preference, it will be display the data has below



You’ll be able to see several filters over here:

Time Period: By default 7 days of data will be shown, and then you can choose data based on the last 6 months, Month, Year.

Dates: Customise your data by clicking the calendar icon to select specific periods like last 6 months, 7 days, Month, or Year of your choice.

Gender: You can get data based on “Male”, “Female” influencers or both genders.

Market: You can get data based on “Continent”, and “Country”.

Currency: You can choose the currency of your choice like USD, EUR, GBP, and AED.




More Filters: Which contains “Exclude Brand Profiles”.




Also, you have these 2 buttons on the top-right corner as shown below:




This button is called “Public Link” which can be used to share public links with the people who don’t have access to Campaygn.



This button is called “Refresh” which can be used to reload the stats.

DEEP DIVE ON LEADERBOARD DATA:

Ranking: Display where your brand stands among all the brands based on the results based on different KPIs as per the selection criteria.

Performance: This section provides a side-by-side comparison of diverse metrics, offering a clear view of each brand's performance.

Timeline: This dynamic feature showcases brand performance from a time-based perspective against the selected metric.

Posts: This detailed ranking provides insights into brands' content strategies, discovering which types of content resonate most with audiences.

Influencers: Each influencer is tagged with the brands they collaborate with, providing insights into their partnerships. This tab highlights the most effective influencers based on their performance.




You can also see the data based on the platforms you would like to see by clicking on the social media platforms icons as shown below:

Please note: By default “All” platforms are selected.



Please note: You can filter the data by changing the “Brands”, and “Metrics” in each section as shown below:



Under “Ranking” tab, you’ll have:



Position: Here you’ll be able to see the ranking of your brand vs your competitors.

Name: You’ll see the brand names.

Impressions: By default impression will be shown under the KPIs, however you have an option to change it to different KPIs to view the data

Share: Here you’ll see the share of percentage of your brand v/s competitors brand out of the total KPI that you have selected which can be Impression, ER, Reach etc.

Platform Performance Share: Here you’ll see your brand’s, and your competitors' performance based on the different platforms available on Campaygn. These platforms are given different colours in order to show the difference between the types of publications. (By default “All'' will be shown)




Also, if you hover over the coloured bar under platform performance then you’ll see the percentage of share for different social media platforms.

If you want to compare the data for between certain time period, then you will have to add the dates here:



Then click on “Apply” as shown below:



Then, you’ll be able to see the results of the time period that you’ve choosen:



The numbers that you see under each month is the ranking of the brand for that month, and the numbers that you see beside in RED means their ranking went down by that number, and the numbers in GREEN tells you that the ranking went up by that number compared to the prior months.

Also, if you wish to see more data related to your brand or any other brand, then you just need to click on the brand, and then you’ll be redirected to a page with all the information about the brand as shown below in the image:




Under “Performance” tab, you’ll have:




Position: Here you’ll be able to see the ranking of your brand vs your competitors under different metrics.

Please note: By default “All Brands”, and there is a max limit of 4 metrics that will be selected. However, you can always choose from the different metrics available, and the results will be shown horizontally.

For example:

The brand “Max Factor” is positioned number 1 in terms of “Engagement Rate”, “Dior Beauty” is positioned number 1 in terms of “Impressions”, and so on as shown in the image below:




Your brand will be highlighted as shown in the image below:




Further, if you’ll scroll down on the same page, you’ll come across a bubble chart chart as shown below:




Please note: By default there is a max limit of 5 brands will be selected based on the alphabetical order. However, you can always choose different brands from the list.

Also, by default there is a max limit off 3 KPIs can be selected.However, you can always choose from different KPIs that are available

Graph Explanation:

As shown in the image below:




By default on the “Y-axis” is the “Impression”, and on your “X-axis” is the “Engagement Rate”, and the size of the bubble represents the “Influencer EMV”.
Also, if you hover over the brand names given under the “X-axis”, then the selected brand will be highlighted on the chart, and the rest of the brands will fade out.

Please note: In order to view this chart, you’ll have to choose 3 metrics.

Under “Timeline”, you’ll have a line-graph as shown below:






On the “Y-axis”, the selected KPI is displayed. In the image above, "Impressions" is selected by default, but you can choose from other available KPIs. On the “X-axis”, you will see the timeline. You can select the specific brands you wish to compare their time based performance of the selected KPI.

If you hover over the lines, then it will highlight a specific brand, and fade other brands for clarity. Also if you’ll go over the peaks of these then you’ll see data of that day. You can also click brands below the X-axis for the same effect.

Under “Posts”:



You’ll be shown the “Top performing” publications across all platforms.

For example:

Here, 5 brands will be chosen by default in alphabetical order, and for KPI, “Impressions” will be selected by default.

So you’ll be seeing the “Top Performing”, posts in terms of “Impressions”, as shown in the image below:




You will see the post your brand is associated with highlighted and tagged as “Brand name - (You)” as shown in the image below:




You’ll will be able to see the brand/influencer name (red arrow), and the brand that has been tagged in the post (yellow arrow) as shown in the image below:




When you’ll hover over the post, you’ll be able to see the metrics of the post, and in the bottom right corner you’ll see it belongs to which platform as shown in the image below:



Also, if you wish to see these publications on their respective platforms then you just have to click on the publication, and it will open on the other tab of your browser.

Under “Influencers”:



Here you’ll see the performance of the influencers who have tagged the brands while publishing contents. Also, there is a max limit of 4 metrics that can be selected. However, you can always choose the different metrics available.

Here, you’ll see each influencer's positioning, and how they have performed across the given 4 metrics.

For example:

Here, under “No. of Videos Views”, you can see the influencer “Grape” has performed well for the brand “Chanel Beauty”, and it is positioned no. 1 as shown in the image below:



Leaderboard Report:



You can also export the data of the leaderboard by click on this button, which can be found on the top-right corner:




Once, you’ll click on this button, a small window will open as shown in the image below:




Here, you can choose the “Metrics” of your choice, and the “Export file type” like “Excel Sheets” or “PDF” format.

Please note: For now we are only able to export data related to “Rankings”.
