# How to share Monitors and Lists? 

Before and after creation of Monitors and Lists, they are multiple ways to provide access to the colleagues.

* ${color}[#0b35da](Lists)- While creating a list , by using Add User option the access can be shared among colleagues (type the email id to share access), see below.

* Option to share lists/folder directly from main page of list.

* Option to add via Action button as well, once list is created.

| PLEASE NOTE - By using the Public link, available on both Lists/Monitors URL can be shared with people who don’t have access to Campaygn( they can’t edit anything but they will be able to view the data).

* While creating a Monitors, by using Users option the access can be provided (just type the email id of the person), see below.

* You can provide access once monitor is created from main page itself.

* After creation of Monitors, the access can be provided via Action button.
