REVAMP : How and What type of data do you obtain from the KEYWORD search?

KEYWORDS


Keywords is CAMPAYGN’s social listening feature. It works like a search engine that helps you discover influencers and content mentioning specific terms (e.g., brand names or hashtags).


How to Search Using Keywords


  1. Enter the keyword you want to track (brand name or hashtag).
  2. ⚠️ Avoid spaces — for example: “diorbeauty” instead of “dior beauty”
  3. Select the date range for your search.
  4. Click Search to view the results.


You can also refine your search using Additional Filters on the right side of the page, including:

Gender

Location

Followers

Engagement Rate

Followers Growth





Inside the Keywords Page



  • To save a keyword search, type in a name and click Save (green box in the screenshot).
  • To adjust settings after running the search, click the Settings icon (shown by the pink arrow in the screenshot).



Sticky Header and Tabs


At the top of the page, you will see navigation tabs that allow you to analyze the keyword from different angles:


Metrics – Key performance indicators and timeline trends



Influencers – List of creators who mentioned the keyword




Audience – Demographics and insights about the audience reached



Market – Geographic distribution and market potential



Posts – All related posts discovered through the search
