# REVAMP- What are the various methods of adding new profiles into the QUALIFIED DATABASE?

Before you can begin **vetting influencers**, **analysing insights**, or **tracking campaign performance**, the first essential step is to **add their profiles to your Qualified Database**.

**__Add Profiles from the Global Database__**
* If you find the influencer in the **Global Database**, adding them is just one click away.
👉   **When a Profile Is Already in QDB- If a profile is already part of the QDB, it will appear with a label called “Access Profile.”**
👉 Just click on it to access the profile directly on QDB.

👉** When a Profile Is NOT Yet in QDB- If a profile is not part of the QDB, you’ll see the option “Add Profile.”**
👉*Click on it once, and wait for a moment- the system will automically add the profile to QDB.*
*No extra action needed: just allow it a few seconds to process*

| ⚠️ Note: Douyin and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu) profiles are not available on the Global Database.


**__Add Profiles Using the Campaygn Chrome Extension__**
   A super convenient way to add influencers—along with their contents—is via the **Campaygn Chrome Extension**.
* Add the influencer’s profile
* Their latest publications can be synced
* The influencer’s profiles can be updated if the username is changed.

**__How to Use It:__**
* Open the profile on Instagram.
* Fill in the quick fields: **Gender**, **Type**, **Country**.
* Click **“Add Profile to Campaygn.”**
⚠️ **Supported Platforms:**
* ✔ Instagram
* ✔ TikTok
* ❌ YouTube- You can sync the publiactions but you can't add the profiles
* ❌ Little Red Book
* ❌ Douyin

**__Adding profiles manually__**
You can also add any profile manually to Campaygn.

**Steps:**
* Go to your **Profile Page**.
* Click the **plus (+)** icon on the top-left corner. ➕
* Choose the type of profile you want to add:
      Profiles Type:
* **Influencer** – Individual creators, public personalities.
* **Brand** – Business or product profiles.
* **Magazine** – Editorial or media accounts.

**__Add Profiles in Bulk with List Import 📥__**
If you want to add multiple influencers at once, you can use the List Import option by preparing a excel file and uploading it directly.
