Contact Influencers (IRM - Influencer Relation Management)
This feature allows you to contact the influencers you are working with, or with whom you wish to work. This feature can be found inside the list which you have created.
Here are the following steps to use this feature:
Step 1:
Click on the list which you have created.
Then once you are inside your list, you should be able to see the "Contact Influencers" button on the top as shown in the image below:
Step 2:
Click on the “Contact Influencers” button, then you will be directed to a page where you will be able to see 3 tabs called “Email”, “No Email”, and “Influencer Replies” as shown in the image below:
Email: In this section you should be able to see those influencers in your list that have email addresses. Here you can select/add multiple emails if the influencers have two or more, or individually but if you have a lot of influencers inside your list then you can search for the influencers by clicking on the “Magnifier” as shown in the image below:
No Email: Here you can see influencers whose email addresses are not available, but if you know their email address then you can add it directly from here by clicking on “Add Email” under their name as shown in the image below:
Similarly, you can also search for a particular influencer inside your list by clicking on the “Magnifier”.
Influencer Replies: In this section you will be able to see all the replies from the influencer to whom you had sent an invite.
Step 3:
You can choose multiple influencers at a time to whom you want to send an invite (which will send the message to each of them), then you will automatically see a green button will pop-up on your right side called “Invite” as shown in the image below:
Step 4:
Once you click on the “Invite” button, then a messenger will pop-up where you can see to which influencers you are sending the email, and from which email address you are sending this invite to the influencer. You can also “CC” other people to whom you would like to inform about the invite. Further, you can add a “Subject” to your invite.
Step 5:
If you click on the “Templates” button at the bottom, then you should be able to see 2 templates called “Basic Template 1”, and “Basic Template 2” as shown in the image below, and you can choose any one of these as per your choice.
You can also compose your own invite email, and if you are going to use it again then you can click on the “Save template” button as shown in the image below:
You can give this template a name of your choice:
Further, you have the opportunity to use different formats for your texts like Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, Hyperlink, bullet points, text alignment, and self-closing tag as shown in the image below:
Step 6:
If you wish to send any file or document then you have the option to attach it to your invite email by clicking on the “Attach Files” (docx, ppt, excel, all images), button as shown in the image below:
Step 7:
Influencer replies:
Whenever, you’ll receive a reply from the influencer then you will be able to see a notification on the “Influencer replies” tab as shown in the image below:
Once you have sent the invite then it will look like this:
Please note: Your messages will appear as email in the influencer’s mail box.
Once the influencer responds to your invitation, it will appear as follows:
If you wish to continue the conversation with the same influencer then you can just click on “Send email” button, and the messenger will open as shown in the image below:
Also, you have the option to change or customize the status of the influencer from this section by clicking on the status button (which will also reflect on the list for the influencer) as shown in the image below:
At bottom of your mail that you've sent to the influencer, there you can see an icon which says the "Email Delivered", as shown below:
The refresh button can be used to see if you have received any updates from the influencers on your list:
And, whenever an influencer replies to your email, then inside "Influencer Replies" you will see a red dot next to the mail, as shown below:
