REVAMP- How to Bulk Import Influencers Using an Excel File?
Effortlessly upload large batches of creator profiles—even if some of them aren’t already in the Qualified Database. Here’s your step-by-step guide to using the Excel Import feature.
Here’s how to do it:
Start Your Import:
Once your list is created:
Click the (+) icon at the top-left corner.
Select Import Influencers with Excel.
Click Download the Template to get the required Excel file.

You’ll see two options:

This feature allows you to contact the influencers you are working with, or with whom you wish to work. This feature can be found inside the list which you have created.
Here are the following steps to use this feature:
**Step 1: **
Click on the list which you have created.
Then once you are inside your list, you should be able to see the "Contact Influencers" button on the top as shown in the image below:
However, sometimes few profiles won't be added to Campaygn because of many "ERRORs" (such as it being a private account, incorrect usernames etc), so in that case, you can view what the type of error is, that is preventing the profiles from getting imported.
Go on the action button, inside the list.

In the “Casting” option, you can create a graphical presentation about an influencer with all its information. You can generate a casting slide either for one influencer in its profile section or for a list of influencers available inside your created list.

Inside a list, click on the action button, then click to generate custom casting slides or generate casting (on the profile page).

How to Add Profiles Using “Insert URL or Handle”
You can now easily add influencer profiles to a list without needing an Excel import. The Insert URL or Handle option allows you to quickly paste multiple profile links or handles directly into your list.
Where to Find This Feature
Go to the Lists section.
Open the list where you want to add profiles.
Click the ➕ Add button.
Select Insert URL or Handle from the dropdown menu.
