REVAMP- How to Create and Manage TRACKING LINKS for Your Influencers
Tracking links help you monitor how many times a specific link has been clicked by users. This is a great way to measure engagement and understand which influencers are driving the most traffic.
Follow these simple steps to create tracking links for your influencers:
Open the Tracking Link Generator
Click the Action button located in the top corner of your screen, right beside the monitor name, as shown below.
Then, select “Generate Tracking Links.”

Once your campaign is over, you have the ability to export two types of reports: either in Excel/Google Sheets or in PowerPoint/Google Slides
To do so, enter the monitor for which you want to extract a report and click on the action button on the top of the page within the sticky header:

Monitor Section Overview
Under the Monitor section, you’ll find several options that allow you to make quick and efficient changes.
Search Bar: Use the search bar to search your specific monitor.
Monitors Tab: Click on Monitors to switch to the Global Monitor view.
Action Buttons

If your monitor contains publications that are not relevant to your analysis, you can exclude them manually.
To exclude publications:
Navigate to the Posts/Feed section at the bottom of the monitor.
Hover over the publication you wish to remove; a selection checkbox will appear.
Select the publications you want to exclude.

You can now add publications directly to your monitor by simply pasting a publication link into the designated field and clicking “Add to Monitor.”
The post will be added instantly—no additional steps required.
Please note the following:
Go tothe ** the monitor and click on the action button.**
You will get an option " Add Posts by URL."
You will get the option to insert URLs

If you missed on some stories, because you created the monitor too late or forgot to add some influencers on time time, you can still manually upload screenshots of these stories so they appear in your monitor and reports.
Once within the monitor, click on the action button on top of the page and then "Add Posts"
Select the influencer of your choice and click on "Add ManFew readersAI Insights in Monitors

Monitor Settings allow you to modify the monitor itself. Any updates made here will change the monitor’s structure and data source.
Monitor Filters allow you to* refine the results* displayed within the monitor based on your preferences (e.g., specific dates or selected influencers). You can also get reports based on the filter you applied.
