REVAMP- How to Bulk Import Influencers Using an Excel File?
Effortlessly upload large batches of creator profiles—even if some of them aren’t already in the Qualified Database. Here’s your step-by-step guide to using the Excel Import feature.
Here’s how to do it:
Start Your Import:
Once your list is created:
- Click the (+) icon at the top-left corner.
- Select Import Influencers with Excel.
- Click Download the Template to get the required Excel file.
- Fill Out the Template
The template includes five column headers:
Instagram | YouTube | TikTok | Douyin | Redbook
👉 Add the URLs or usernames in the correct column for each platform you want to import.
Once finished, save your Excel sheet.
Upload & Confirm
Upload your completed file and click Confirm.
A pop-up will then appear at the bottom of your screen showing the live import progress. ⏳
Track Import Status
To view detailed progress or previous imports:
- Click the square-dot icon in the pop-up, or
- Go to the top menu and select Import Status
Both options take you to a dedicated dashboard with full visibility
What You’ll See:
Left Panel — Summary Overview
- ❌ Error: Profiles that couldn’t be imported
- ✅ Success: Profiles imported successfully
- 🔄 In Progress: Profiles still being processed
Right Panel — Detailed Breakdown
View each profile's individual status and any related error messages.
- On the right side, you’ll find detailed information about each import — including individual status and any associated messages or updates.
- Export both the errors encountered and the successfully imported using the Export option available in the top-right corner
