What is included on the main page of LIST?

Under the list section, you'll find various options to make quick changes:

• You can explore various groups and lists by using the search bar for navigation.

• You can also see the number of groups, and lists that you've created.

Filter/Actions:

• Shared with me- The lists shared with you.
• Status- Active/Inactive/All.
• Company- Filter by company.
• Users- Filter by users.
• Multiple select - You can select multiple lists or folders at a time so it can be either deleted, moved to another folder or to a newly created folder, or share it with another user/colleagues.
• Name- The List name or the folder name ( If a List is under any group then it will show the folder name, if not then only List name).
• Influencers- Number of influencers in that List.
• Created On/By- Date of creation, and the creator.
• Company- Company name.
• Users- Number of users who have access to a List.
• Comments- Help you to add comments to a particular list or folder.

If you'll click on the 3 dots on the extreme right side of your list, you'll see **QUICK ACTION ** pop-up.

• RENAME- You can rename your lists or folders.

• MOVE TO- You can move your lists to any folder that you had created earlier.

• SHARE WITH- You can share any list with your colleagues.

• MERGE WITH LIST- If you have created multiple lists, and wish to merge it then you can use this option to merge your lists into a one single list.

• Click on merge list with, and select the list that needs to be merged.

• After clicking on merge list, a window will open with the names of the two lists that you want to merge on top. You can also rename this merged list too.

• DUPLICATE- You can duplicate a list, if you are going to work with the same influencers.

• DELETE- If you wish to delete a list/folder then it will be deleted forever from Campaygn.
