Why are some profiles not uploaded to the LIST?

We've added a new feature that allows you to find out why some profiles weren't imported onto the list.

However, sometimes few profiles won't be added to Campaygn because of many "ERRORs" (such as it being a private account, incorrect usernames etc), so in that case, you can view what the type of error is, that is preventing the profiles from getting imported.

Go on the action button, inside the list.



Click on " View Influerncers import status", (Can be found at the bottom of Quick Actions)



Once you click on the option a small window of import status will open, as shown below.



Here you can see the status of your import for Instagram/TikTok accounts, whether the profiles were added or not also with the type of error occurred during the import.

You can try to add the Influerncers again to the list, by clicking on "RETRY" on top right corner.



If you want to export the data it can be done by clicking on " EXPORT" option ( two option will display, as shown).



On the top of the list section, you should be able to see a red button called "Add Influencer" as shown below:




Here you can search for influencers in our database, and then add them one-by-one manually.

NOTE: Private account cannot be added, as Campaygn won't track their data.
