On Campaygn we use certain formulas to calculate the data about the influencers and campaigns.

Here are the formulas that will help to understand how the metrics are calculated at the backend ( On Profiles, Monitors, Lists, Keywords, Leaderboard).

How to use GOOGLE CHROME EXTENSION to add Influencers or missing publications effortlessly?

Accepted Answer

The chrome extension can be used to add missing publications on the monitor and new profiles to Qualified database.

| Please Note: You just need to download and add it to google chrome browser. ( Currently it is only available on chrome )

Once it is downloaded, you will be able to see a capital “C” on the top right corner of browser.

If you want to add a profile instantly, just go to the influencer's social media account, and then choose the option Add profile to campaygn.
Fill all the details such as Gender type, City, Type and click on Add Profile.

| Please note: Sometimes the chrome extension will keep loading, but usually it takes 2 mins to sync (stories, posts, and profiles). So, just refresh the page and it will be available on campaygn.

How to add SCREENSHOTS of STORIES?

If you forgot to add some of the influencers to your monitor when they were publishing stories, then you don't worry, you can still add their stories screenshots manually with steps below:

Click on "Add publications" section which is under "Monitor Settings" inside your monitor.

Select your desired influencer.

Click on Instagram Stories icon, then click on the "Magnifying Glass" icon, to upload screenshots of the stories

Select the date it was posted (optional), the screenshots shouldn't be more than 500 KB, then click "Add publication" button.

REVAMP- What are the various methods of adding new profiles into the QUALIFIED DATABASE?

Before you can vet influencers or track their campaign performance, it’s crucial to first include their profiles in a qualified database. There are a few simple ways to do this:

From the Global Database If you locate a profile in the global database, scroll down and click “Add to Qualified Database.”

| NOTE: Douyin and Little Red Book profiles are not available on the Global Dashboard.

Using the Chrome Extension You can also add influencer accounts directly through the Campaygn Chrome Extension. This method syncs both the influencer’s profile and their posts. Simply fill in the gender, type, and country fields on the platform, then click “Add Profile to Campaygn.”

| NOTE: The Chrome Extension currently supports only Instagram (IG) and TikTok (TT) accounts. It cannot be used for YouTube, Little Red Book, or Douyin.

TIP: To access the extension, click on your Campaygn account name to retrieve the Chrome Extension URL.

How to utilize AUDIENCE OVERLAP effectively?

The "Audience Overlap" allows you to find out the percentage of unique and common (overlapping) audience followers between the Influencers, The audience overlap data you can get in both List and Monitor section.

| | Unique Percentage: The percentage of followers that are unique for the influencer (they do not follow any other influencer) | Common(overlap) Percentage: The percentage of followers that overlap with at least one or two influencer (they follow the same Influencer within the overlap)

In the List feature, there is an ability to get estimated audience overlap data beforehand.

Go inside your created List.
Click on predict campaign.
Enter the estimated publication count and click on save.
Click on reload stats to make sure changes made is updated.
Click on generate audience overlap.
Under the influencers section, the estimated audience overlap is available right beside each influencer( unique and common audience).

How to sync missing/untagged publications of your campaign using the Chrome extension?

Accepted Answer

Now you can directly sync all publications: Instagram stories / posts /reels/ IGTV, tiktok/youtube video that you urgently need on your monitors before 24 hours (by default they are automatically added after 24 hours), please use the chrome extension to achieve the same.

** Click on your Campaygn account name to get the url of the chrome extension**:-

Once the extension is added to your chrome bowser, open the publication directly and click on "sync post with campaygn" button.

Once the publications are synced successfully.
Go to the monitor and click on ADD PUBLICATION.
Select the influencers who content needed to be added.
Then on there profile the synced content will appear accordingly based on the platform.
Then select the contents by click on ADD.
Then finally click on ADD PUBLICATION TO MONITOR.
Once the contents are added to monitor, it will show INCLUDED on the profile page.
