How to use GOOGLE CHROME EXTENSION to add Influencers or missing publications effortlessly?

The chrome extension can be used to add missing publications on the monitor and new profiles to Qualified database.

| Please Note: You just need to download and add it to google chrome browser. ( Currently it is only available on chrome )

Once it is downloaded, you will be able to see a capital “C” on the top right corner of browser.

| Please note: You can always turn On/Off the chrome extension by going on to google extension settings.

If you want to add a profile instantly, just go to the influencer's social media account, and then choose the option Add profile to campaygn.
Fill all the details such as Gender type, City, Type and click on Add Profile.

| Please note: Sometimes the chrome extension will keep loading, but usually it takes 2 mins to sync (stories, posts, and profiles). So, just refresh the page and it will be available on campaygn.

Effortlessly upload large batches of creator profiles—even if some of them aren’t already in the Qualified Database. Here’s your step-by-step guide to using the Excel Import feature.

Here’s how to do it:

Start Your Import:

Once your list is created:

Click the (+) icon at the top-left corner.
Select Import Influencers with Excel.
Click Download the Template to get the required Excel file.

Fill Out the Template The template includes five column headers: Instagram | YouTube | TikTok | Douyin | Redbook 👉 Add the URLs or usernames in the correct column for each platform you want to import.

| ⚠️ Important:Douyin and Redbook accept URLs only — usernames will not work.

Once finished, save your Excel sheet.

Upload & Confirm

Upload your completed file and click Confirm. A pop-up will then appear at the bottom of your screen showing the live import progress. ⏳

Before you can begin vetting influencers, analysing insights, or tracking campaign performance, the first essential step is to add their profiles to your Qualified Database.

Add Profiles from the Global Database

If you find the influencer in the Global Database, adding them is just one click away. 👉 When a Profile Is Already in QDB- If a profile is already part of the QDB, it will appear with a label called “Access Profile.” 👉 Just click on it to access the profile directly on QDB.

👉 When a Profile Is NOT Yet in QDB- If a profile is not part of the QDB, you’ll see the option “Add Profile.” 👉Click on it once, and wait for a moment- the system will automically add the profile to QDB. No extra action needed: just allow it a few seconds to process

| ⚠️ Note: Douyin and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu) profiles are not available on the Global Database.

If an Instagram creator changes their username, you don’t need to manually edit anything in Campaygn. With a single sync from the Chrome extension, the profile updates itself — quickly and accurately.

Here’s how to do it quickly and accurately:

Open the Instagram profile in your browser — make sure you're viewing the updated username.
Click the Campaygn Chrome Extension and select “Sync Profile.”
Wait about one minute while the extension processes and updates the information.
Once you see the “Profile successfully updated” confirmation, head back to Campaygn — the new username and details will already be reflected there.

And you're done! A quick sync keeps your profiles accurate and always up to date.

How to utilize AUDIENCE OVERLAP effectively?

The "Audience Overlap" allows you to find out the percentage of unique and common (overlapping) audience followers between the Influencers, The audience overlap data you can get in both List and Monitor section.

| | Unique Percentage: The percentage of followers that are unique for the influencer (they do not follow any other influencer) | Common(overlap) Percentage: The percentage of followers that overlap with at least one or two influencer (they follow the same Influencer within the overlap)

In the List feature, there is an ability to get estimated audience overlap data beforehand.

Go inside your created List.
Click on predict campaign.
Enter the estimated publication count and click on save.
Click on reload stats to make sure changes made is updated.
Click on generate audience overlap.
Under the influencers section, the estimated audience overlap is available right beside each influencer( unique and common audience).
